Wanderlust Canine Boarding Services in Springtown, TX

At Wanderlust Canine, your dog’s comfort, safety, and happiness are our top priority. We offer in-home boarding in a calm, secure environment with a fully fenced space, giving your dog the freedom to relax and play safely. Unlike large facilities, we limit the number of boarders we take at one time to ensure each pup gets the personalized care and attention they deserve.

Before any stay, all dogs must complete an application, pass a temperament evaluation, and sign a boarding agreement. This helps us ensure a safe, stress-free experience for everyone.

We’re also happy to support your dog’s development during their stay with optional add-on services like basic obedience reinforcement, enrichment activities, conditioning, and daily walks.

Boarding Requirements

To ensure the health and safety of all our guests, we have the following requirements for dogs staying in our care:

Age: Dogs must be at least 3 months old at the time of boarding.

Vaccinations: All dogs must be current on the following vaccines:
- DHPP/DA2PP (Distemper/Parvo)
- Rabies
- Bordetella (Kennel Cough) - If your dog has not received a Bordetella vaccination in the past 12 months, it must be administered at least 5 days prior to check-in to ensure maximum protection.
- All vaccines must be administered by a licensed veterinarian. At-home vaccinations will not be accepted.

Health: Dogs must be in good health and free from any communicable diseases for at least 30 days prior to boarding.

Parasite Prevention: All dogs must be free of fleas, ticks, and intestinal parasites. If fleas or ticks are found at check-in, your pet will be bathed at the owner's expense and may be turned away if infestation is severe.

Pricing

Our in-home boarding rates are designed to offer quality care, personalized attention, and a stress-free experience for both you and your dog.

Overnight Boarding Rates:

1 Dog: $60 per night
2 Dogs (same household): $100 per night
Additional dogs subject to discussion between Wanderlust Canine and owner

Pick-Up & Drop-Off:

Pick-up and drop-off times are scheduled directly between Wanderlust Canine and the dog’s owner.

Please note: Pick-up after 6:00 PM will incur an additional night’s charge.

Additional Services (Available Upon Request)

We’re happy to offer extra services to enhance your dog’s stay. These can be arranged based on your pet’s needs and our availability:

Terms and Conditions

I hereby certify that my dog(s) is/are in good health and have not been ill with any communicable condition in the last 30 days.

I understand that I am responsible for any harm or damage caused by my dog while my dog is in boarding with Wanderlust Canine LLC.

I shall indemnify and hold harmless Wanderlust Canine LLC for any claims made against the corporation for losses or damages of any kind suffered by Wanderlust Canine LLC as a result of my failure to inform Wanderlust Canine LLC of any pre-existing condition of the dog (such as illness or aggression problems.)

I understand and agree in admitting my dog to Wanderlust Canine LLC, the facility has relied on my representation that my dog is in good health and has not harmed or shown aggressive or threatening behavior towards any person or any other dog.

I understand and agree that Wanderlust Canine LLC will not be liable for problems, damage, or injury caused by my dog provided reasonable care and precautions are followed by the staff. I understand that Wanderlust Canine LLC is fully insured. I release Wanderlust Canine of any liability arising from my dog’s boarding.

I understand and agree that any illness, problem, or injury that develops with my dog will be treated as deemed best by Wanderlust Canine LLC at their sole discretion, and that I assume full financial responsibility for any and all expenses involved. I recognize that there are inherent risks of illness or injury when dealing with animals. Such risks include, but are not limited to, problems resulting from rough play and kennel cough (doggy colds).

I understand that if my dog is left at Wanderlust Canine LLC for a period of three days without contact from the owner, this dog will be considered abandoned and necessary steps will be taken to turn the animal over to the proper authorities.
