Holter Monitor Rental Program
As a part of the Wanderlust Dobermans family, all puppy buyers receive the benefit of renting our Holter Monitor at no charge! I am thrilled to support broader canine health by renting our Holter Monitor for a fee based on the Holter Monitor Rental Agreement below. Once you have submitted the agreement, I will contact you shortly to coordinate logistics for your rental.
Holter Monitor Rental Agreement
Any reference to the Holter OWNER is referring to Katie Coe and any reference to the RENTER is referring to YOU, the undersigned.
Terms and Conditions
All fees are in US funds and must be paid in advance of the rental. Payments may paid be via Paypal (Item or Service), Zelle, Venmo, or check (local only).
Rental fee for the use of the Holter for up to 10 days is $100. The Holter may be rented for an additional 3 days per incremental dog for an additional $25 per dog. Rental includes the use of the monitor, vest, case, leaders and one hook-up kit. Additional hook-up kits are available for $10 each. RENTER is responsible for submitting data to Alba Medical and paying all associated fees.
The RENTER is responsible to pay all shipping fees and insurance fees to have the monitor shipped to the RENTER and when returning the monitor to the Holter OWNER. Shipping and Insurance Fees will be added to the Rental Fee and will vary and depend on where in the US or Canada the RENTER is located. The monitor is shipped from Texas for use within the US and for use within Canada. The monitor MUST be insured for the price of $500.00.
The Rental term begins on the date the OWNER ships the equipment and ends on the date the OWNER receives the returned equipment. If the equipment is not returned to the OWNER by the end of the 10 day term, the additional days will be charged at a rate of $10.00 per day to be paid upon return of the Holter to the Holter OWNER.
No allowance will be made for any rented equipment or portion thereof claimed as unused. Acceptance of returned equipment by the OWNER does not constitute a waiver of any of the rights the OWNER has under the rental agreement.
The vest should be returned to the Holter OWNER clean and sticky-rolled for dog hair. Lead wires should be gently wiped clean of tape residue with alcohol wipes prior to return.
The RENTER has 24 hours upon receiving the Holter to assess the overall condition and notify the Holter OWNER of any issues. The RENTER is also responsible for the return of the Holter and the required Insurance to cover at least $500 in the event of loss/damage of the equipment.
As the RENTER, it is very important that your dog be supervised constantly during the 24-hour period. Please DO NOT send the dog unsupervised into your yard or leave the house with your dog home alone if at all possible. Please refrain from using the Holter and Holter vest outside if it is raining/snowing/hailing as this may cause damage to the Holter and possibly additional expenses for you. It is your responsibility to ensure the Holter is not damaged through contact with other animals.
OWNER is not responsible for improper use or damage caused to canine by Holter, Leads, and the Holter vest. Holter is used at RENTER’s own risk and liability.
By requesting to rent this monitor from the OWNER, the RENTER takes on full responsibility for the condition of the Holter, Leads, and the Holter vest. Any damage to any of these items will be the responsibility of the RENTER. If the Holter is damaged, the replacement cost of the Holter is no less than $1,650, replacement cost of the Holter leads is no less than $130, replacement of the Holter vest is no less than $75. Applicable shipping charges will be added to the replacement costs. Extent of damage will be assessed by the Holter OWNER and relayed to the RENTER within 5 days of the return of the Holter.
